Who am I?
My name is Mélissa Galloux, and I am a freelance bioinformatician passionate about biology and computer science. I assist researchers, laboratories, and companies in analyzing and interpreting complex biological data.
My background
I graduated with an engineering degree in biotechnology (ESIL, 2014) and hold a master’s degree in bioinformatics and genomics (University of Aix-Marseille). Over time, I have developed expertise in genomic data analysis, but not only. I have worked on various projects, ranging from classic RNA-seq analysis to the development of machine learning tools.
